All Defendants; SunGard Recovery Services Inc., SunGard Data Systems, Inc., James DiBrino, Michael Mulholland (jointly, the SunGard Defendants) and Intech Construction, Inc., move this Court for a Summary Judgment on Count II of Plaintiffs' Second Complaint.
