This matter is before the Court on plaintiff's Motion for Extension of Time to File Notice of Appeal. For the reasons set forth herein, this motion will be denied.

Defendant Virgin Islands Taxi Association ["VITA"], filed a motion for summary judgment on December 22, 1994, asking that plaintiff's complaint be dismissed against it. Plaintiff's counsel failed to respond to this motion....
