Lynnd Stiles was sued by neighboring landowners for allegedly misusing her property and overburdening an easement that runs over the neighbors' property. The complaint alleges that Stiles improperly used her property for commercial purposes, such as harvest festivals, corporate picnics, seminars, weddings, and birthday parties, and that Stiles overburdened and misused the easement by allowing heavy traffic to travel the easement on its way to Stiles...
