HOLMAN, Justice.

A jury found James Robert Williams guilty of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, methamphetamine. The indictment included two enhancement paragraphs that the jury found to be "true," and they assessed punishment of 75 years' confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. The issues on appeal are: (1) whether a State's chemist was qualified properly to allow her to testify...
