Defendant-Appellant Jesus J. Lopez-Gutierrez ("Lopez-Gutierrez") was convicted of conspiracy to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). Lopez-Gutierrez appeals his conviction arguing: (1) the government presented insufficient evidence at trial; (2) the grand jury's independence was unconstitutionally usurped; (3) Federal Rule of Evidence 404(b) evidence was improperly admitted; (4) hearsay evidence was improperly admitted...
