Kurt Frank appeals from a decision of the Workers' Compensation Board granting his petition for award and calculating his average weekly wage as a seasonal employee pursuant to 39-A M.R.S.A. § 102(4)(C) (Supp.1996). Frank contends that because he was hired through his employer, a temporary agency, to work for Unico for an indefinite period of time immediately prior to his injury, it was error for the Board to treat his employment as seasonal...
