After a jury trial, defendant, Darryl Payne, was convicted of first degree murder and sentenced to a term of 38 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections. On appeal, defendant contends that (1) the trial court erred in denying defendant's motion to suppress evidence of his dental impressions; and (2) the prosecutor's comments during closing arguments were so prejudicial as to deprive defendant of a fair trial...
