Murdock appeals from the trial court's judgment finding him guilty of one count of robbery in the first degree, § 569.020, RSMo 1986,1 one count of forcible sodomy, § 566.060, RSMo Supp.1993, and one count of assault in the first degree, § 565.050. Murdock was sentenced as a prior offender to thirty years imprisonment for the robbery conviction, thirty years imprisonment for the sodomy conviction and...
