Appellants have appealed from the trial court's order granting summary judgment to appellee, The Kroger Company ("Kroger").

This lawsuit arises out of Ocie Feggans' alleged slip and fall that occurred on November 17, 1994, at the Kroger store located at 3251 Highway 5, in Douglasville, Georgia.

Joseph Feggans is the spouse of Feggans and claims loss of consortium due to her injuries.
