Steven Garrison (Defendant) appeals from his jury convictions on one count of forcible rape, § 566.030, RSMo Cum.Supp.1992; one count of forcible sodomy, § 566.060, RSMo Cum.Supp.1992; one count of first degree robbery, § 569.020, RSMo 1986; and one count of first degree burglary, § 569.160, RSMo 1986. Defendant was sentenced as a prior offender, a persistent offender and a Class X offender to thirty years on each of the rape, sodomy...
