Plaintiff Joseph Victori Wines, Inc. ("Victori") filed this diversity action on June 9, 1995. Plaintiff asserts claims against defendants Vina Santa Carolina S.A. and Empresas Santa Carolina S.A. (collectively, "Santa Carolina") for breach of contract, breach of the implied covenant of good faith, promissory estoppel and common law fraud. Santa Carolina has moved under Fed.R.Civ.P. 56(c)...
