This case arises out the defendants' alleged refusal to transport the plaintiff on an overbooked flight, a practice commonly referred to as "bumping." The plaintiff alleges that the defendants bumped her and her three year old granddaughter from a flight, and that in doing so the defendants failed to comply with certain procedures required by federal law and breached a contract between the defendants...
