This lender liability action was brought by plaintiffs-appellees Solar Motors, Inc., and Brett Baker, Solar Motors' president, alleging that defendant-appellant, First National Bank of Chadron, breached a lending agreement between the parties. Specifically at issue is the bank's actions in demanding payment of a promissory note. At trial, the jury returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiffs in the amount of $204,357.
