STATON, Judge

A jury convicted Willie Fuller ("Fuller") of one count of promoting or staging an animal fighting contest1 and one count of using an animal in a fighting contest.2 Fuller raises four issues for our review which we restate as:

I. Whether the trial court erred by admitting the testimonial stipulation concerning Officer Lawson's testimony.
