Edward Carothers appeals a conviction of aggravated sexual assault, following a plea of guilty, a deferred probation term, and a later revocation of probation. Appellant was indicted in this case for the offense of aggravated sexual assault on the complainant, a person younger than fourteen years of age and not his spouse.
