OPINION

SEERDEN, Chief Justice.

This is an interlocutory appeal from the denial of a motion to compel arbitration and plea in abatement. Roel Gonzalez sued EZ Pawn Corporation and Dennis Terry (collectively EZ Pawn) for damages after EZ Pawn terminated his employment. EZ Pawn moved to compel arbitration in accordance with a written arbitration agreement between the parties. The trial court denied the motion, and EZ Pawn appeals by seven points of error....
