Before the Court is a motion for summary judgment filed by the defendant, Buck Kreihs Company, Inc. ("Buck Kreihs"). For the reasons that follow, the motion is GRANTED.

BACKGROUND: Plaintiff, Nolan E. Motichek, began working for Buck Kreihs in 1977. Except for one brief stint with another employer, plaintiff worked for Buck Kreihs until September 29, 1994, when he was discharged...
