Appellant Pat Holt's motion for rehearing is granted. Our prior opinion of August 10, 1995 is withdrawn, and we substitute the following opinion.

Holt appealed the granting of summary judgment in favor of Lone Star Gas Company. Holt originally brought suit alleging that his discharge from Lone Star was occasioned solely on the fact that he is a "handicapped person," which was a violation of the Texas Commission...
