The Cabinetree of Wisconsin, Inc. ("Cabinetree"), sued KraftMaid Cabinetry, Inc. ("KraftMaid"), on or about September 30, 1993, alleging two separate causes of action. Cabinetree alleges that KraftMaid terminated their relationship in violation of the Wisconsin Fair Dealership Law ("WFDL"), § 135.01 et seq. Wis.Stat.
