Plaintiffs Richard Nelson and Edwin Jessiman, professors at the University of Maine at Machias, sue the University of Maine System under Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 ("Title IX"), 20 U.S.C. §§ 1681-1688. Plaintiffs base their claims on the University's alleged retaliatory employment action. Nelson and Jessiman originally filed a five-count complaint against the University....
