WALKER, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance (Cocaine). Although the statement of facts is somewhat confusing on the issue, the judgment reflects appellant pleaded "not guilty" to the charge. Appellant's brief also contends appellant pleaded "not guilty" and the State's brief does not take issue with this. We will therefore accept the fact that appellant pleaded "not guilty...
