Sherry Oshiver is an attorney who began work for the law firm of Levin, Fishbein, Sedran and Berman (the Firm) in 1989. Her initial contact with the Firm was a telephone call she made to partner Howard Sedran to inquire about any possible openings for an associate. He told her that the Firm was not hiring associates at that time, but that if she would like, she could do hourly work for the Firm indexing complex litigation...
