OPINION

BURGESS, Justice.

A jury convicted Carl Nicholas Gerhardt of indecency with a child. The trial judge assessed punishment at seventeen years' confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice—Institutional Division. Gerhardt raises five points of error.
