BARAJAS, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a personal injury lawsuit arising out of an automobile accident between Appellant and Appellee King while King was driving a vehicle owned by Appellee Exxon. The jury returned a verdict finding Appellee King one-hundred per cent negligent and no negligence on behalf of Appellant or Appellee Exxon.
