LEESON, Judge.

Claimant seeks review of an order of the Workers' Compensation Board that affirmed the referee's holding that a claim disposition agreement (CDA) entered into pursuant to ORS 656.2361 barred claimant from recovering all nonmedical benefits on his claim. We review for errors of law and substantial evidence, ORS 656.298(6), ORS 183.482(7), (8), and affirm.
