Ronald Tavares appeals his conviction on one count of possessing lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD) with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), and the district court's denial of his motion pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 to vacate his resulting sentence. He does not challenge his conviction on a second count involving a smaller amount of LSD...
