Plaintiff, Augustus H. Evans, is an inmate incarcerated at the Sussex Correctional Institution ("SCI") in Georgetown, Delaware. (D.I. 2). Defendant, Lieutenant Melvin Hennessy, is a Correctional Officer employed at SCI. Mr. Evans filed this lawsuit pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging that his civil rights were violated by Lt.
