Before the Court is Plaintiff's consolidated Appeals from the Bankruptcy Court's partial judgment finding that Defendant Mrs. Teresa Vazquez-Botet had a fifty percent (50%) ownership interest in the proceeds from a lottery prize to be paid over a period of twenty (20) years, and from its final judgment denying Plaintiff's Motion to Set Aside Judgment and dismissing Plaintiff's claims against Defendants...
