MAJORITY OPINION

EDELMAN, Justice.

In this personal injury and wrongful death action, the State of Texas appeals the interlocutory denial of its motion for summary judgment on the ground that the appellees' action is barred by sovereign immunity. We reverse the interlocutory order of the trial court and render judgment for the State.
