This is a medical malpractice action. The plaintiff is Laura V. Prihoda ("Prihoda"), the personal representative of the estate of the late Maria B. Leisher ("Leisher"). Prihoda filed suit in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. Her one count complaint alleges that the "Physician Defendants"1 failed to diagnose a tumor on Leisher's left kidney, permitting the cancer to metastasize on Leisher...
