Esteban Rodriguez, appellant in this cause, was denied unemployment benefits by the Texas Employment Commission, which found that he was terminated from his job with Eagle Warehouse Grocery for misconduct connected with his job. He appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of the TEC and Eagle.
