Petitioner moves pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 to vacate, set aside, or correct the sentence he received in 1992 after pleading guilty to drug conspiracy charges. The basis for this action is petitioner's assertion that the post-conviction administrative forfeiture of his car and $8,100.00 in cash subjected him to Double Jeopardy in violation of the Fifth Amendment.
