BROWN, J.
Jay A. Jansen contends that the trial court erred in its analysis of his entrapment defense. Although the trial court accepted his claim and acquitted him of the charged offense, it nonetheless found him guilty of a lesser included crime. Jansen argues that once the trial court found entrapment, it was precluded from considering any lesser included charges as a matter of law. We agree and reverse his conviction.
