In these consolidated appeals, Appellants, John J. Healy, Sr. and John J. Healy, Jr., challenge certain orders of the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County denying their petitions to mark judgments as satisfied and granting Appellees' petitions to fix fair market value pursuant to the Deficiency Judgment Act.
