Plaintiff appeals the trial court's order denying Plaintiff's "Motion to Compel Arbitration."1 We conclude that there is no final judgment from which an appeal lies as the order does not dispose of all parties and issues and fails to comply with the Rule 74.01(b) exception.2 Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal without prejudice.
