Relator appeals by writ of certiorari the Commissioner's representative's determination that she was disqualified from receiving reemployment insurance benefits. The Commissioner's representative concluded that relator had committed disqualifying misconduct by making false statements to her coworkers that the officer manager had been spying on her and that the employer's president was stealing from her profit-sharing account.
