Clairton Corporation appeals from the judgment entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County on April 6, 1994, after a nonjury trial resulted in, inter alia, the rejection of a claim premised upon a title insurance policy which had been issued by Chicago Title Insurance Company ("Chicago Title").
