This case is an appeal of an order overruling Appellant's motion to suppress. The Appellant entered a conditional guilty plea to possession of marijuana over 5 pounds with intent to sell, reserving Appellant's right to appeal from any adverse decision that the trial court might render on his motion to suppress.
