Plaintiff-appellant Patricia Christiansen, Administratrix of the Estate of Glen P. Christiansen, appeals from the trial court's refusal to grant a new trial in this wrongful death and survival action filed against defendants-appellees Richard Silfies, Harold Silfies, and Carl H. Betz Road and Building Materials (hereinafter "Carl Betz"). We affirm in part and reverse and remand in part.
