The plaintiffs, eighteen former employees of the defendant, Wyman-Gordon Company ("Wyman-Gordon" or "the Company"), bring this action against Wyman-Gordon alleging violations of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 ("ERISA") and breach of contract.
