This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence entered following appellant's conviction for attempted rape.1 Appellant presents two issues for review: (1) whether trial counsel was ineffective in failing to impeach the credibility of the victim with evidence of her pending criminal charges; and (2) whether trial counsel was ineffective in failing to preserve this issue...
