Plaintiff appeals as of right from a March 7, 1994, order of the Wayne Circuit Court granting defendant's motion for summary disposition. The trial court ruled that plaintiff's negligence claim was barred by the exclusive remedy provision of the Worker's Disability Compensation Act (WDCA), MCL 418.131; MSA 17.237(131). We affirm.
