Appellant was tried before a jury and found guilty of the sale of cocaine and of the possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. On appeal to the Court of Appeals, he enumerated as error the trial court's failure to give an unrequested charge on the law of circumstantial evidence as set forth in OCGA § 24-4-6.
