This is an appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County which granted appellees' petition to amend their complaint to include appellants as defendants and which found appellants in contempt of the lower court's order of September 8, 1992. Appellants contend that the lower court erred as a matter of law in allowing appellees to amend their complaint and that the lower court abused its discretion in holding them in contempt...
