AMENDED OPINION

MEYERS, Bankruptcy Judge:

I

The bankruptcy court held that in determining whether a judgment lien attached to a debtor's property under California law, the equity in the property should be determined as of the date the debtor filed her bankruptcy petition. The debtor appealed, contending that the equity should have been determined on the date the abstract of judgment was recorded.

We AFFIRM.
