EHRLICH, Judge.
Gregory A. Levato ("defendant") appeals his convictions for nine counts of theft and the sentences imposed. He assigns the following as errors by the trial court: one, accepting the jury's verdict in his absence and, two, permitting the prosecutor to question the victims regarding the sources of their investment money.
