In this action the plaintiff alleges that the defendant discriminated against her on the basis of her prior bankruptcy status, in violation of 11 U.S.C. § 525(b), and that, in doing so, the defendant also intentionally inflicted emotional distress for which the plaintiff is entitled to recover pursuant to Massachusetts law.
