This is an appeal by plaintiff, Ohio Valley Mall Company, from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, denying plaintiff's request for declaratory and injunctive relief and dismissing its complaint. On appeal, plaintiff presents three assignments of error:

"I. The trial court erred as a matter of law in finding that Ohio Valley Mall Company lacked standing to bring its claims...
