Appellee, Leon Pizante (the "Debtor") filed a petition for relief in bankruptcy on January 4, 1991. The trustee instituted a § 5481 action against the Debtor and his wife ("Mrs. Pizante"), which resulted in a judgment in favor of the trustee.
