Sharon Lucas-Raso appeals from the May 19, 1994 order entered in this declaratory judgment action by the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas. The court granted appellee, American Manufactures Insurance Company, a worker's compensation insurance carrier, subrogation rights as to the other defendants in this personal injury suit. We have determined that 75 Pa.C.S. § 1720 does not bar appellee from asserting its subrogation rights against the other...
